Augusto Lopez Claros was a keynote speaker at the 4th International Digital Security Forum (IDSF) held in Vienna on June 6, 2025. He spoke on “An Emerging Global Governance Architecture”, before an audience of senior officials, entrepreneurs and civil society representatives brought together by the Austrian Institute of Technology.

But more importantly, he issues a clear call to action: reform the United Nations Charter now before the next global crisis makes it immeasurably more complicated. The Charter, drafted in 1945, remains untouched despite the evolution of our world.
