Alexa Huether

Alexa Huether has been working as a Research Assistant for the Global Governance Forum since January 2020. She is member of Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service Class of 2021 where she studies International Economics with a concentration in Growth, Transition and Development and Spanish. She will be working in international finance after graduation as a Fixed Income Analyst at Jefferies working on the Emerging Markets desk with a focus on Latin America. She has had internships at the Department of the Treasury, the Colombian Embassy in U.S. (ProColombia – Foreign Direct Investment), the United States African Development Foundation, the U.S. Senate, the U.S. House of Representatives, and Fabretto Children’s Foundation. She plans to go on to a career in international economic law.
