Ani Rudra Silwal is an Economist at the US Census Bureau, where he conducts research on poverty in the United States. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University. He previously worked at the World Bank where he conducted research on topics including global poverty, inequality, social protection, jobs, and international remittances. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Sussex and a B.A. in Economics from Swarthmore College.
