Carly is a rising third-year law student, Global Law Scholar, and an Institute of International Economic Law Fellow at Georgetown University Law Center. She grew up in New York and graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service in May 2023 with a B.S. in International Politics and a minor in Religion, Ethics, and World Affairs. She is passionate about international law, sustainable development, and multilateral diplomacy.
