Diana Forson is a parliamentary affairs and governance professional with over eight years of experience supporting legislative coordination, inter-parliamentary engagement, and multilateral dialogue at the Pan-African Parliament (PAP), the legislative organ of the African Union. She currently serves within the Office of the Deputy Clerk for Legislative Business and Conferences, where she supports parliamentary committees, leadership structures, and high-level policy processes involving Member States, international organizations, and development partners.
Her work spans parliamentary diplomacy, conference services, stakeholder engagement, policy research, and institutional development, with experience in advancing dialogue on governance, gender equality, regional integration, and sustainable development. She has coordinated major continental parliamentary initiatives and contributed to engagements with the United Nations, African Union institutions, civil society, and international partners. Diana holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs and Diplomacy from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR). Her professional interests include global governance reform, parliamentary institutions, multilateral cooperation, and democratic representation in international affairs.
