    Farshad Arjomandi

      Farshad Arjomandi was born in Iran and raised in Spain. After graduating as an engineer, he worked in the field of non-governmental organizations on issues related to human rights, social and economic development, the status of women and moral leadership. Afterwards, he has developed his professional career in the private sector leading commercial and operational teams. For more than 25 years he has worked in organizational development and business management, as well as team building and leadership. He has worked as a consultant and coach for managers and teams. He currently works in the energy measurement and sustainability sector at Honeywell. In the academic field, he has been a professor of the master's degree programme in Neuromanagement at the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos. He has collaborated in research projects with the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, the Basque Country University, and the Public University of Navarra, which have resulted in articles published in international journals. He gives trainings and conferences on topics related to peace, human rights, social development, leadership, and emotional and spiritual intelligence.
