Haley Vandall is in her final year of her masters at SciencesPo Paris studying Human Rights and Humanitarian Action with a concentration in intelligence. Her primary areas of interest are in accountability in international justice and arbitrary detention.

With field experience as a human rights volunteer in Hebron, West Bank, and professional experience in Strategic Communications at UN Peacekeeping, she brings a human rights perspective to her work at the Global Governance Forum. Haley holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Florida Honors College.
