      The Second UN Charter proposed here is a project launched by the Global Governance Forum under the direction of Augusto Lopez-Claros, its Executive Director. Dahl, President of the International Environment Forum; Denise Garcia, Professor and founding faculty of the Institute for Experiential Robotics, Northeastern University; Geeta Gandhi Kingdon, President of City Montessori School (India); Georgios Kostakos, Co-founder and Executive Director of the Foundation for Global Governance and Sustainability; Joshua Lincoln, Senior Fellow at the Centre for International Law and Governance at Fletcher, the Graduate School of Global Affairs, Tufts University; John Miller, Fellow at Global Governance Forum; Patrícia Nogueira Rinaldi, Associate Professor of International Relations and Director of the Center of Studies and Research in International Relations at Faculdades de Campinas; Daniel Perell, Representative of the Bahá’í International Community; Vesselin Popovski, Professor and Vice Dean of the Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University; Guy Fiti Sinclair, Associate Professor at University of Auckland Faculty of Law; Yvette Stevens, former Sierra Leone Ambassador to the UN and Executive in Residence, Geneva Centre for Security Policy; Andrew Strauss, Professor of Law at the University of Dayton School of Law and former Dean; John Vlasto, Chair of the Board of the World Federalist Movement; and Binxin Zhang, Assistant Professor of Public International Law at Xiamen University Law School, all actively participated in the discussions that focused on conceptual issues and priorities, building on the ideas presented in the September 2023 report. They were assisted in these efforts by Sergio García Magariño, Associate Professor and Researcher at the Institute of Advanced Social Research at the Public University of Navarra, and Sonia Sánchez Díaz, Vice-Dean of Internationalization and Professor at the Francisco de Vitoria University.
