Tad Daley is President of the Americans for Democratic Action Foundation of Southern California. He has served as an advisor to three members of the U.S. House of Representatives and two U.S. Senators. He spent many years affiliated with both the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and the RAND Corporation. Since the 1990s, he has held several leadership roles at Citizens for Global Solutions—including Student Division Chair, Policy Director, and Vice President—an organization founded in 1947 with Albert Einstein as its first Board Chair. Following the completion of his PhD in Public Policy Analysis in 1995, the fiftieth anniversary year of the United Nations, he co-founded the Campaign for a New United Nations Charter, an initiative aimed at activating Article 109 of the UN Charter to convene a comprehensive UN Charter review conference. He is the author of Apocalypse Never: Forging the Path to a Nuclear Weapon-Free World, published by Rutgers University Press.
