Dr. Charles O. Lerche III is currently the Associate Program Director for Academics in the Norwich University (Vermont) Master's Programs in Diplomacy and International Relations.  He has taught for African, European and American universities.  His publications on Peace and Conflict Studies have appeared in the International Journal of Peace Studies, Peace and Conflict Studies, and The International Encyclopedia of Peace.
