    Patrícia Nogueira Rinaldi

      Patricia Nogueira Rinaldi is an Associate Professor of International Relations at Faculdades de Campinas (FACAMP, Brazil) and Director of its Center of Studies and Research in International Relations (CERI-FACAMP). She holds a Ph.D. (2018) and a Master’s degree (2010) in Political Science with an emphasis on International Relations at the Institute of Philosophy and Human Sciences at the State University of Campinas (IFCH-UNICAMP). She was a visiting scholar at the Ralph Bunche Institute for International Studies, City University of New York (2015). She is the Academic Coordinator of FACAMP Model United Nations, an educational project affiliated with the World Federation of the United Nations Associations (WFUNA) aimed at fostering a culture of peace among youth. She is also an expert on the Knowledge Network of the UN Harmony with Nature Programme, dedicated to strengthening the rights of Nature in the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Her principal area of teaching is Theory of International Relations and International Development Cooperation, and she co-authors the book Signature Pedagogies in International Relations (E-International Relations, 2021). Her research interests lie in exploring how the United Nations has supported South-South cooperation and an Earth-centered paradigm in policy transfer and diffusion for the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals.
